Not enjoying the thought of exercising in a small room with 20 other people? Small group training is a fun and interactive way to become more healthy and fit! It is often a more open atmosphere where you have more time to ask your instructor questions, and your instructor has more time to focus on you and your form to reduce your risk of injury. You can organize your own small group (3-6 people), or we can help you find others who have similar fitness needs and interests.
