Personal Training

Personal Training is just that - personal. Each client has different goals, fitness levels, and experience with exercise. That is why, at Phoenix Health and Fitness, we do not use a 'cookie-cutter' approach to personal training and exercise programming. Every client's past experience with exercise, medical history, individual goals, and exercise preferences are taken into account when developing a health and fitness plan. Not everyone enjoys walking on a treadmill or lifting weights in a gym. This is where our Mobile Team can help you - you can come to our facility or if you prefer, we can show you how to exercise outdoors or even in the comfort of your own home!

Some people may see a personal trainer as little as once per month, while others may see their personal trainer up to 3-4 times per week! Many people see a personal trainer in conjunction with other fitness activities that they are doing, such as group fitness classes or weekly walking groups, to supplement their current program and increase their current level of fitness.

Research shows that personal training can help a client reach their goals faster. Whether you are a first-time exerciser or someone who has spent many hours in a gym, having a personal trainer can help guide and motivate you towards your health and fitness goals.
