Paige Boal graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria in 2007 and is now registered as a Kinesiologist through BCAK (British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists). During her time in Victoria she was a volunteer Athletic Trainer for a premier men's rugby team. She also has experience working with high risk cardiac and respiratory patients through the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria.
After working for the last few years in the area of medical fitness, Paige brings her knowledge of injury rehabilitation and human movement to benefit clients suffering both acute injury and chronic pain. Recently completing her CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), she is currently working towards becoming certified as an Exercise Specialist through the ASCM.
Over the last few years, Paige has worked with people who struggle with diabetes, continuing to educate herself in this area of growing medical concern. Through the use of education and exercise, Paige has managed a program benefiting individuals who struggle with this disease.
In the past, Paige was a competitive gymnast, with both North Valley Gymnastics and the Okanagan Kokanees. She also enjoys volleyball, snowboarding, and a variety of outdoor activities.
