Phoenix Health & Fitness

Phoenix Health & Fitness was created by an enthusiastic TEAM of individuals, spearheaded by Kim Froom, who believe in supporting and inspiring individuals to Rise Up to their personal best.

Health, Fitness, and Wellness, are pillars of our company. Our reputation of assisting a wide range of individuals from the beginner, whom we make comfortable, to the experienced whom we can challenge, makes us a sought after company that offers cutting edge training and information.

Our ‘friends-like’ philosophy means that you will feel like you are a part of a community that supports your on-going efforts to positively impact your health. We are the family support you require to make the changes in your health that you need. We are unique because we continue to support you far beyond your visits with us with coaching and on-going education.

As you pass through the many phases of your personal journey of health and wellness, we promise that, although you may not love the exercise, you will be very happy about what the effects of exercise offers your life. Come train with us and experience the joy of accomplishment…at whatever level you decide is yours!

Our Vision: To positively assist each person we encounter in their journey towards personal health and wellness.
