Phoenix Health & Fitness was created by an enthusiastic TEAM of individuals, spearheaded by Kim Froom, who believe in supporting and inspiring individuals to Rise Up to their personal best.

Mobile Team

In addition to a home base, having a Mobile Team means that our TEAM of professionals can operate out of your home, business or existing community facilities. From Westbank to South Kelowna, Winfield to Mission, we remove barriers that may be inhibiting your ability to "Rise Up and Be Healthy! Group Fitness Classes:
